The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the Employee Benefits account team to ensure the retention of clients and enable new business growth.  This role will have major accountabilities in the areas of: insurance support, administrative support, assisting with Request for Proposals (RFP), and performing special projects.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 2-year college degree; or one year experience in an administrative role, or combination of education and experience.
  • Insurance license (life & health), or the ability to obtain license
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Powerpoint, Excel, MS Word, and Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills; high attention to detail; and responsive and self-motivated personality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and courteous phone manner
  • Experience in employee benefits and knowledge of insurance terminology highly desirable
